1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VaultAir corporate website at vaultair.systems (the "Website"), including its content, contact forms, and related features. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the corporate Website only. Our individual products are governed by their own terms: Jan on Health at janonhealth.com/terms, and LenNotes at vaultair.systems/lennotes/terms. Where you use a product, the product’s terms govern that use.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Website shall not exceed ZAR 1,000 (one thousand South African Rand). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or for fraud.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaultAir from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, your submissions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Changes to the Website and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires your renewed consent.

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and VaultAir regarding the Website.

• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
